Carla- Aka Carr. 3 Words to describe myself.  ambitious, caring and creative. After discovering a natural flair for hairdressing I started my career at the age of 16, progressing from Apprentice all the way to Senior stylist to Owner in my 20 years in the industry. Hairdressing has and always will be a big part of my life and from a young age I had a clear guide and ambition to succeed within the industry, Completing my training extremely quickly in just under two years! Over the years I have kept this vision, building up an extremely busy clientele and having an excellent reputation within the area, something I’m very proud of. Now finally being able to put my stamp on the map and have a proper home for my budding business! Since opening the Salon October 2018. I am constantly doing courses not only in Hair but also in beauty to ensure that the standards of the Salon never slip! I'm currently doing my teaching and certification degree so watch this space! I'm so excited for this next chapter in my career and can't wait to share each and every moment with my Rock Paper Scissor Family xox

Hi I'm Louise, Im known as Lou. I started at Rock Paper Scissors 18 months ago as receptionist I have been in the hair industry since I was 16 years old. I started working at Looking Hood in Southampton when I left school and went straight into doing my apprenticeship I have always been a hairdresser along side other jobs but its hair I love doing the most. I came back off maternity leave in April 21 onto the shop floor to brush up on my skills I love being back working as part of a team and creating some beautiful hair.
