Refund PolicyIf you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us within 14 days, and we will offer you an exchange or a refund.
If you wish to return an order, the seals on the products must not be brcken or damaged and should be returned to Rock Paper Scissors, 307 Dover Road Walmer, Deal, Kent CT14 7NS. If you have changed your mind about your order, post it back to us is at your own expense. If the return is because we have made an error with the order, we will reimburse the postal cost to you.
Should a product be faulty please return it for inspection to the address above and in the event that a product is found to be below standard we will refund or replace the product to you and reimburse you the cost of returning the item to us.
This does not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described.
